A-Frames
A-frames can be inexpensive and comparatively easy to build. They have a small footprint and are excellent in wilderness environments. They can be constructed directly on the ground or on trailers for portability.
The steep sloped roof makes an A-frame ideal for areas with large amounts of snow or rain that naturally slides down. Designed well, drainage systems can capture water and route it for gardening.
NEW plans include designing A-frame greenhouse tiny homes in which to grow herbs, mushrooms and other vegetation. A-frames are lovely with open floor plans, high ceilings and lots of light.
